ROCODILEC offers carefully selected products made with crocodile leather. Due to the rarity of the materials, our products require considerable time and effort to manufacture and inspect, so shipping may take some time after your order is placed. ※For convenience store payments and Paidy, shipping procedures will begin after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time: After your order is confirmed (or after payment is confirmed for prepaid orders),within 1 business daywe will ship your order.

Shipping carrier: Sagawa Express. You may specify a delivery date, butdelivery time slots cannot be specified.

Shipping area: Japan only. We currently do not offer delivery overseas.

※Shipping operations are suspended on our non-business days, including Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the year-end/New Year holiday period. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible casesProduct defects (defective products) onlyWe will assist you.

Contact deadline: within 7 days of receiving your order , please contact us via the inquiry form. If the deadline has passed, we may be unable to assist you.

Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to defective products will be borne by us.

Customer convenience: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as incorrect size selection or a difference in appearance from what you expected. Before placing your order, please carefully check the product details and fit.

※Variations in the scale pattern, color, and texture of natural crocodile leather do not constitute a defect. For details, please see “Variations in Natural Leather.”

Variations in Natural Leather

ROCODILEC products are made using natural crocodile leather. Because it is a natural material, the shape, size, arrangement, color, and luster of the scale patterns vary from piece to piece. These are not defects or flaws, but proof of authenticity and a one-of-a-kind expression found nowhere else in the worldです。

Please note that the color of the actual product may appear slightly different from the image depending on your monitor settings and lighting conditions. We kindly ask that you understand this in advance and enjoy these characteristics as part of the unique individuality of the material itself.
